Roles used in Timesheet variations. Each project sets the €/hr rate for each role in the project settings.

Default €/hr rate per role. Used as the starting values when creating a new project — can be overridden per project in the project settings.
Public holidays
Dates that count as public holidays for overtime calculation. Timesheet entries on these dates are rated at 2× (or 3× if Sunday).

Signed & approved email template
Sent to the client after they approve & sign. The signed variation is attached as a PDF; this is the cover message they see in the email body.
